Podio Workflow Automation documents are not merging to ShareFile.

Resolution is frequent re-connection and authentication to ShareFile from Podio and Workflow Automations:

1. Set authentication to greater than 7 days in the Admin Security settings pane
   • To do so, have an administrator log into their ShareFile account
   • Click Settings on the left-hand pane
   • Click Admin Settings
   • Click Security to drop the sub-menu down
   • Select Login & Security Policy
   • Scroll to find Authentication
   • Click the drop-down menu under Re-authenticate after:
   • Choose a longer interval option from the menu
   • Click Save
2. Once completed, re-connect to ShareFile inside of the Podio web tool
   • Click the My Account icon
   • Select  Account Settings 
   • Select Services tab
   • Click Manage 
   • Select Re-connect
3. Follow the prompts to re-connect to your ShareFile account
4. In the Workflow Automation tool
   • Log into Podio
   • Click Account
   • Select Account Details
   • Navigate to Integrations section
   • Click Re-Connect next to ShareFile
   • Follow the prompts to re-connect to your ShareFile account
