File transfers that take longer than 18 hours or more  to complete will fail when attempted in the ShareFile Web App or an installed application. 
File transfers may fail with errors like " Upload Failed" or "Timed out" 
Also Deep folder structures take longer to download/upload than simpler folder structures

When transferring significantly large files, ShareFile recommends using a tool that can perform file transfers in the background, such as the ShareFile Migration Tool  for uploads, or FTP  for both uploads and downloads.
