As part of our ongoing efforts to simplify and enhance client collaboration, we’re excited to roll out the redesigned DRL UI. This update brings a cleaner, more efficient layout aimed at streamlining navigation and enhancing usability across verticals.

What’s New:

• Categories for Items: Assign one or multiple categories to an item of DRL and filter by category for better view or download.
• Items Numbering: Simplify your communication with client using the numbers of items
• Collapsible Sidebar Navigation: Move quickly between request items while keeping essential tools within reach.
• Expanded Drawer View: Submit files, track progress, and access metadata with a clearer and roomier layout.
• Easier Way to Edit Description of Items: Change the description from the Item workspace, no additional clicks required.

Why It Matters:

• Reduces user frustration from hidden actions (like the elusive “Submit” button)
• Balances the visual layout for better focus and efficiency
• Makes it easier for users, especially in Accounting, Legal, and Healthcare, to manage document-heavy workflows quickly and accurately.
