I am a super admin trying to create an api key and getting a message that tells me that an unexpected error happened and to create a post here. What next?

When a failure occurs during API key creation, it’s typically due to a configuration issue, most often an invalid Redirect URI or Application Name. Please note that the word “ShareFile” cannot be used in the Application Name, and all Redirect URIs must begin with "https://".
