Projects will be get a couple of updates over the coming weeks that make it easier to create, manage, and collaborate with others in ShareFile. These changes are focused on reducing set up friction and creating a more streamlined Projects experience .

1.A Fresh Look for the Projects List

If you’ve been using Projects, you may have already noticed a refreshed experience for viewing your project lists.

The updated list view is cleaner, easier to navigate, and gives you more information at a glance.

• New navigation options for All Projects, Closed Projects, and Recently Deleted Projects
• Edit project details directly from the list view without opening the project
• Track project progress through visual progress indicators
• Improved filtering to help you quickly find the projects you're looking for

The goal is simple: help you and your teams spend less time searching through Projects and more time getting work done.

2.Creating Projects Gets Easier

Project creation experience is also getting an upgrade.

While creating a project has been a straightforward process it didn't provide much context around the work being created. The new experience helps teams set up projects more intentionally from the start.

When creating a project, you'll now follow a focused, step-by-step process:

• Start from a template or from scratch using a simplified tile-based experience
• Set a project due date
• Link the project to a client
• Add team members during project setup

By capturing this information upfront, projects is provisioned better and it becomes easier to organize, track, and collaborate on throughout their lifecycle.
