Hello @Amin Velji - Podio allows regular employee users to create their own workspaces by design. Organizational admins may or may not be invited to them.
When you remove a user from your organization:
If the space has other regular employee > they become space admins
if the space has only client users > org admins become space admins
If no users at all > abandoned
Podio support can restrict this behaviour if your organization does not want users to create their own spaces. This will require proper validation from contract owner.
Usually abandoned workspaces are just deleted. Where are you seeing these spaces? Please feel free to reach out via a ticket so PII is not posted on public forums.
